30 Days Return Policy
We understand that sometimes we are not all as happy as we can be with our online purchases, so first let us say that it is OK to return goods if you have changed your mind. We only want you to be 100% satisfied with any online orders placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item for whatever reason you may contact us by email at email@example.com within 14 days stating the reason for return.
Goods can be returned for a full refund plus shipping if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched.
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can be returned for a refund, but only for the cost of the goods. We are not liable for the original shipping if they have incurred a delivery charge.
All returns must be organised within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached.
If you are returning any goods for exchange, we are not responsible for the carriage back to us but we will try to help in getting the replacement item back to you for all our Irish and UK customers.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
The PayPal account or card used originally for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.)
If you are looking to exchange the goods for an alternative product or size, you will be liable for the extra shipping costs from our end but we will try to cover the cost of getting the replacement product out to you again.
Please put in the order number, reference, contact details etc when posting items back to us.
