We gather your name, postal address, phone number and email as part of the purchase and invoice process. We do not store any financial or credit card details.

We are the only company who collects this data when you make a purchase from us, via our website. We also collect the same data when you purchase via our eBay and Amazon stores.
How is it been collected?
The order information is been collected at the point of processing, at the check out stage or indeed when you register with us as a customer.
What do we use it for?
We use this information in order to be able to process and deliver your order. We only use your email to send you order confirmation and tracking or to communicate if there is any additional information you should know about relating to this order.
We do not use your data to send you promotional offers, nor do we pass on your data to any other source.
Why is it been collected?
So we know to whom the order is been delivered to and so we can honour our revenue and tax obligations.

Your order information will not be shared with any other parties or companies.
What measures are in place to safeguard your data?
Our website and its database are located on a private secure server which is protected. Access to this server is only available from our staff member via password locked devices and password locked interfaces and within our locked premises. Access through any mobile devices is also password locked and there is no movement of your data between devices or other parties.
